Isn't that up to me and my judgement? I've never had a doctor assigned to me through anything aside from major surgeries or other specialties. That's my right at least as far as i've exercised.

Not if they pay for it. He who pays the piper calls the tune. You go to the doctor on their plan, you get the treatment he directs, in the hospital he specifies. You can go to any doctor or hospital you like, but then you must pay out of your own pocket.

Shelter: 25% $61.625 or $246.50 per month for shelter.
Transportation: 10% $24.65 or $98.60 per month for transportation [train, cab, car, gas, parking, etc]
Food: 30% $73.95 or $295.80 per month for food [grocery and dine out]
Bills: 20% $49.30 or $197.20 per month for electricity, gas, cellphone, internet, cable, etc
Clothing: 2%
Savings: 3%
Other: 10%

Those are really rough, but more accurate. But you get the idea here.

here is what we get work 40 hours, they take 25 % out of your check . then you go buy some thing state tax. or buy gas like 15 % tax so that's average 30 to 35 % your paying in tax ! think about it fucking crazy. and some of us at the end of the year have to pay more tax doing taxes . and house payments. tax on the fucking house. don't take a trip luxury tax hotels . bull shit again. now this medical insurance have it when you cant afford it or not or get fined ! what the fuck. what is an honest guy to doo ?? being forced to be dis honest just to make it. turn this post into a bitching post. no choice.

i totally understand the frustration. i fucking hate taxes as well. if only they were going to something good, like infrastructure or job creation, but instead it goes to defense spending and healthcare.

the right wants to cut the fuck out of healthcare. the left wants to cut the fuck out of defense.

why not cut down both?
