ok i started with a bunch of Bag seeds i had 6 vegged them for quite a while with bare minimum. out of six three went out side where the brutal iowa rainstorms beat the piss out of them they was all a good 2 ft tall but died. the 3 i kept inside are doing quite well i happend to see white hairs...

try putting the light closer to the plants cfl's need to be close or the plants wont benefit.

i got my setup coverd with tinfoil and its doing fine only usen cfl's not sure to much heat from say a 400w hps or mh bulb would prob keep to much heat in thus causeing the leaves / buds to burn not sure tho so far everything looks good ive ben usen tinfoil for 5 weeks now its doing fine
