I'm not an expert in Canadian law, but you could make the case that you were using the bong for tobacco purposes, which you would think wouldn't be probable cause... that police officer was just making an assumption that you were smoking weed with it (regardless if he was right or not)

I smoke like 2-3 times a day.. You shouldn't consider it an addiction just because you like the feeling of getting high. It's the best thing ever..I mean it's only a plant so why talk about weed like it's some awful drug like heroin?

I would put a sound system to play some music over, and maybe a T.V. Put up some cool posters too that are related to smoking...maybe some hendrix posters or something like that..you know what I mean? lol
