One of the cotyleons died off but its developing its second set of true leaves and there's 3 I'd them too I hope I get 33% more

if the tap root breaks off of a germinated seed (1/3 the way between the seed and the end of the root will it die or with it still sprout? i only ask because i know cannibus is a really hardy plant and can revive almost anything.

i have a tds meter to test ppm but i just dont wanna go overboard with anything. so just 1/4th the recommended dose that fox farm calls for and work my way up if there isnt any toxicity symptoms?
