Some are. A rough guide is when 50% are milky, but sometimes quite a few will stay clear even if you leave them longer. There's no really hard and fast rule.

The small pyramid is a great way to begin to understand these things. I tried a starter plug in the cube and the result is just like a solo cup but without the inherent solo cup problems of watering or overbalancing.
