    DIY with Quantum Boards

Sounds like a good idea. I will show off our most exciting new creation there. Patent attorney isn't finished with the preliminary patent. We will launch it by the end of next month I think.

HLG strips, this week! Who’s excited?

Osram SSL 660 nm reds. We don't publish data from sphere testing until we have it . Other units are in line at light lab first these will be tested next. Osram SSL are running somewhere in the 59-61% efficiency range.

    DIY with Quantum Boards

I haven't seen but do understand. Honestly we have been waiting on the upcoming near field testing to be finalized. It uses a Gantry and generates a way more accurate depiction of light spread vs far field goniometer measurements. As you already know a goniometer treats each light as a point...

I would think so. As well CMH. White led and CMH both have a higher efficiency spectrum wise. It's actually quantifiable via weighing the spectrum against the McCree curve (the best we currently have) I'm thinking it's still only a 10-15% difference. As far as white light LEDs needing a...

Yes we will be making 2' strips as well.... The 4' is heatsinked and ip65 ..... Built in hanging points and a DC pigtail to connect any way you like. Each strip is capable of 100 watts.

4.2 amps x ~55 volts is ~230 watts. I wouldn't run more than 200 watts passive. adding a fan blowing on each heatsink and you'll be fine. Yes, constant voltage to get that current level. the HLG-480h- 54A would probably work for 2. Personally I think 2 on a meanwell HLG-320h-C2800 is about perfect.

Because we sent out a few drivers that need to be wired in parallel as all distributors ran out of 1050 drivers. Same wattage and drive current just different wiring.

HLG Quantum board "Megaforce" sog grow

The other reason for it is 100kohm rarely gives 100kohm . Usually they test a little low so you don't get full power.
