Yes it would. We have an LED section, people have done it before, though it's not common because most of need the heat. However I you are using 2x 400w leds in a 2x4ft space then the easier option would be yo dim them. Since that's way way way too much light

Can you explain how your fan controller calculates how much cfm is lost by having an unknown length of duct , unknown amount of bends and unknown filter , to then be able to adjust the intake to match the extraction? Is there an anemometer in the fan? Or a pressure sensor?
