Can I start a grow (photoperiod) with a bad light

The thing with those blurples is they do actually veg pretty well Most of the complaints came in flower because they're underlit. The morphology of plants under them is generally fairly good in veg.

    Small light recommendation

Viparspectra do a decent range starting with the p600, a 100w dimmable LED. For budget lights they have a good rep and solid performance

    The UK Growers Thread!

If you turn off your water, get a pipe cutter for a couple of quid, get a speed fit T piece for about £2 , then a washing machine tap and hose connection , you've got an easy to use tap. Less than a Tenner. That's what I did as none of the universal hose -tap connectors would hold well. They'd...

Ready or not northern lights photoperiod

That's actually difficult to judge because the look a bit airy but also nice and frosty. But it does look like there's still white pistils , if my eyes don't deceive me.. so I'd say it's got a way to go yet. Not to be apita but more detail bud shots would be beneficial. Generally judge it on...

sansi 100w budget grow light (just my opinion on it)

Look at the link, look at the 4th picture along. That alone is enough information to realise they are talking out of their asses. Then look at the person reviewing the light and the contradictions they make in their post. "I been in the game a while but never raelly got a proper grow going"...

    Dry Trim or Wet Trim?

    Ready or ....

No, they aren't ready for at least a couple of weeks.
  17. coreywebster

    Ready or ....

No they don't. Not under heathy conditions. Sometimes lower leaves will be sacrificed as food if they aren't getting enough light for most of the grow. Reason to chop early would be because the leaves are dying which as it progresses into the buds the dead leaf will lead to mould.

Light stress?? Please help diagnose my plant issues!

https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/potassium-deficiency First off I don't use athena , but the idea of using EC of 3 is mind blowing. Anyway, the fact your run off is much higher suggests they aren't using what your putting in or there's too much dry back. I'd flush them...

600 HPS lights on 6th week autoflowers 18/6h

With a hps, high enough it lights the whole canopy but not so close it's uncomfortable on your hand when you hold it above the plants.
