I'll offer this friendly amendment, the natural distribution of female to male seeds is more 65/35. Nature tends to place a premium on females, and that's not just in cannabis. Edit to add: I'm talking specifically about dioecious plants above.

I shop at my local grow store from time to time. I know I'm paying a premium but I feel like it's worth it all things considered. That they are a local business, really close to my house, very nice and knowledgable helps a lot.

Maybe look into a two stage filter. RO makes a lot of waste water and you might be able get by with an under sink filter for maybe half the price of an RO system. Call your local grow shop and ask them what folks are doing. They probably have the solution in stock..though probably also overpriced.

One of my kids went to Humboldt State (Cal Poly Humboldt now I guess) and earned some nice walking around money trimming.

Do you scope your compost? I'm trying to get to this level of growing but damn it's hard work, for me anyway. I just moved to a more urban environment and it's not really ideal for a compost pile. Still the struggle continues.

I like your style man. I have a Puffco and a Volcano with the same intention of having "gourmet" options of smoking. To treat oneself to these is a privilege of age of sorts I suppose. At the same time I find a simple beaker bong with some nice flower is hard for me to beat.
