I water when the pot gets light.

Because the plant is just about “done”. It looks like it’s ready for harvest soon, so the plant is shutting down. A close-up pic of the buds could confirm if it’s ready.

Then I’d water to about 10-20% runoff.

Depending on size and temperature I’d start with a gallon or so, a good rule of thumb is water out to the drip line of the plant, the roots are within that zone.

It does look a bit like a light issue, I see some rolled leaves tips and ruffled leaf margins. Try turning the light down to 80% and see what happens. That said, new growth is often lighter in color, wait a couple days and see if they darken up.

If there’s a soil choice then you’ll be fine.

In looking at the calculator, I’m not sure if those nutes are designed for soil, but they may be. Use their directions.. Also I’d be a little careful if those nutes are 9 years old, they may not be any good. If they’ve precipitated out, inside the bottles I wouldn’t use them.
