ty my friend I am very proud of these girls. some of the damage is old but there is new brown spots forming. Do you think its something I should worry about ? Idk what could be causing it..maybe friction from other leaves when blowing in the wind or maybe just a brown spot from older damage...

Yes i will do 36 at harvest but google the 36 to enduce flowering faster

Nice I have good lights on them now i was trying to decide if i should do 24 hrs dark to help kickstart the flowering. Its a real thing and most claim definate results ..im curious to try it. Have you done it urself ?? I did Do the gradual light flip cuz others here or you mentioned it before to...

They have great drainage and healthy roots now..they once where not healthy...now they growing a good inch or 2 everynite...should I use 10 gal pots next time??

Thats what I was asking if heavy defoil is like that...the stem bending technique does something like over compensation for damaged areas and skillfulky applied it does just that .... but your saying you dont think heavy defoiliation has any heath or growth benefits ?
