    Thx, ppm in my local tap is often at 600 & sometimes as high as 820. I'm on a desert valley floor & the water table sometimes is at 40 ft.     24000 for sure. You'd rather your compressor cycle/turn on & off,than run constantly.Most of the minis dehumidify quite a bit too. Better too much than not enough. For a few hundred bucks more,I'd go too much.

    I started running a 3 part salt after Years of liquid/organic.Had a similar problem,started flushing after every 9th feeding with just tap water & 5ml cal mag & it cleaned it up.Even if youre using cleanse or hydro cleaner,it still seems to clog up
