Im going to answer my own question. It looks like a fungus gnat, but I have symptoms of snails or slugs, I think. Neem oil, diatomaceous, yellow sticky cards, and let them dry out a bit more before watering to prevent fungus gnat larvae sound like a good plan? And maybe a beer/sugar water trap...

Guys I’ve been doing some heavy defoliation, topping, and LSTing. I noticed what appeared to be pest-related leaf damage (holes, tips chewed off, etc.) But for a few days, I couldn’t find anything...so I thought maybe the supercropping efforts were causing the damage. Seemed far fetched... but...
