Coming up on week 5 and getting some burnt tips and curling

That’s easy enough. I’ve been running the dehumidifier nonstop to keep it down. I’ll turn that bitch off for a bit. It gets real humid here at night so I thought it was necessary to prevent mold during flowering. I’ll set the threshold to 60%-65%

Coming up on week 5 and getting some burnt tips and curling

Only 1/5 of my plants shows signs of distress. Having a hard time narrowing down the issue. They’ve lived a happy and healthy life thus far. Want to nip this issue in the bud so to speak. Haha. Pictures attached growing in FF OF with 1/3 worm castings. Organic nutes. FF Tomato and Veggie, FF...

Think I caught the culprit. Help identifying it?

Wait, are slugs, snails, and caterpillars really a possibility in an indoor setup?

Think I caught the culprit. Help identifying it?

Yeah I think I have some kind of slug, snail, caterpillar in there doing the leaf damage. I have yet to find them though. Should be fun...

Think I caught the culprit. Help identifying it?

Really tiny. The picture was taken with a cheap microscope I use to check trichs.

Think I caught the culprit. Help identifying it?

Im going to answer my own question. It looks like a fungus gnat, but I have symptoms of snails or slugs, I think. Neem oil, diatomaceous, yellow sticky cards, and let them dry out a bit more before watering to prevent fungus gnat larvae sound like a good plan? And maybe a beer/sugar water trap...

Think I caught the culprit. Help identifying it?

Guys I’ve been doing some heavy defoliation, topping, and LSTing. I noticed what appeared to be pest-related leaf damage (holes, tips chewed off, etc.) But for a few days, I couldn’t find anything...so I thought maybe the supercropping efforts were causing the damage. Seemed far fetched... but...

    Seedlings look gross

Got it. Transplanting to Fox Farm Light Warrior. I read somewhere that straight worm castings can support seedlings well without the worry of burn. Guess I read over the part about the density suffocating the roots! Thanks for all the quick replies.

    Seedlings look gross

Ah good point. Last time (this is my second grow) I let them dry out. Possibly overcompensating. I’ll give them a few days. I put them in worm castings because I thought fox farms happy frog or ocean forest soil may be too hot for seedlings. Should I peel the jiffy cups off, shake off the...

    Seedlings look gross

Hey I have some seedlings I just popped and some are looking fine, others look like they’re about to die already. Popped in RO pH’d root cubes (1 drop of superthrive/gal). Once they popped, I put the cubes in jiffy cups with worm castings. Same genetics (strainly breeder.) temp is a bit high...

    Mainlining?

I've read both tutorials. 4-way LST definitely looks easier... can you elaborate on your opinion?

Awesome. I am really compelled to bite the bullet on that Ardent Nova... I'll update this thread with sous vide results with the MBM, just in case anyone ever has the same question/thought in the future.

The ardent nova looks pretty nice. If the sous vide becomes too much of a hassle, I may invest. However, I already own a sous vide. If I can, I prefer to save a couple hundred bucks. I guess my question is can I put ground up decarbed weed into the MBM? I have to grind for the sous vide decarb...
