New mars hydro rack light fc6500!!

The specified lumens at 120 volts AC is pretty poor, huh? I hope that tolerance is a lot more than + or - 5%! LOL Fortunately as you are located in Europe, you'll be running on 240 volts AC I would guess. Edit: Mars Hydro also mentions "Sunlike UV & IR" , but there is no mention of those...

    HLG QB288 Kit Questions/Issues

Hey man, according to your HLG link, you didn't buy a kit. You bought a Slate 2 triple heatsink and three QB 288 V2 R-Spec boards. This is plainly written under specifications on the HLG link you provided. Here is a link to the 320 watt kit...

The Chinese Quantum Board Knock Off Builds

That depends on the specific HLG "B" or "AB" model. 320 watt HLG CV + CC drivers and all 240 watt and smaller HLG drivers offer 1-10Vdc dimming. 320 watt HLG CC drivers and all 480 and 600 watt HLG drivers offer 0-10Vdc dimming.

    Led vs led choice

Hey @jonnynobody , in your attempt to prove @PJ Diaz wrong you've made a small oversight. The TSW-3000 has been out for over a year as you found out on your Amazon search. No LM301B diodes though, this light is made with Epistars. https://www.ledgrowlightsdepot.com/products/mars-hydro-tsw-3000...

Is this even possible? 650w Meijiu Bar Light. 3.0 umol/J. LM301H and Osram. 1950 PPFD!!!!

Do you have an Alibaba link or is this what Rita told you? Are you still looking at the Folux 240 watt kits or are these individual boards? If the 48 volt boards were really 1 amp maximum, Meijiu would have to include 5 boards per 240 watt kit.

Is this even possible? 650w Meijiu Bar Light. 3.0 umol/J. LM301H and Osram. 1950 PPFD!!!!

Do you have a link to the 288 boards you're looking at? Some of the boards (304 diode boards for example) have a forward voltage over 100 volts and a lower maximum current.

How much area will my HLG’s cover

Yes it's the same if the HLG 135 you have is a V2 R-Spec model (HLG currently offers the DIY kits with R-Spec Or B-Spec boards and there are older versions still in use). What driver does your HLG 135 have, a Mean Well HLG-120H-54A? If you get the same driver for your new board, it will cover...

How much area will my HLG’s cover

Are you planning on vegging and flowering with these lights? Between the HLG 100 and HLG 135 You should be able to get decent coverage if you keep your flowering footprint to 6 to 8 square feet (closer to the higher number if the walls around your space have high reflectivity). As far as the...

    Budget friendly 660nm supplement

Hey man, if you talk with the e-Bay seller again, do you mind asking what diodes are being used for the supplemental strips? It looks like the boards say Samsung like the Sun Boards with LM561C/LM301B chips do. I don't think Samsung LH351H are being incorporated into the supplemental strips...

The Chinese Quantum Board Knock Off Builds

You're right, I misspoke. Wouldn't Nonapus be a more appropriate name though? Anyway the Octopus name may be obscure and may not be apt, but it is different at least.

The Chinese Quantum Board Knock Off Builds

There are 10 bars total on each Octopus fixture. 6 bars are wired to the 480 watt driver and the remaining 4 bars are wired to the 320 watt driver. Edit:There are 10 bars total on each of DrKiz's fixtures. The Octopus is a different light sold by Meijiu with 9 bars. I wonder where they came up...

Anyone tried the RioTinto 500w ETL Spyder

@coreywebster was flowering a strain called Winter Solstice that looked absolutely beautiful just recently in a 3x3ft tent under four High Light UV boards on a 320 watt Mean Well HLG driver. https://www.rollitup.org/t/aussie-high-lights-were-official.1001681/page-16#post-15631790

    5x5 5k budget

They're not the same diodes though. Bridgelux uses 3 volt .2 watt nominal diodes (that they class as low power diodes) with a 2835 footprint for their EB strips. Samsung makes the LM301B/H and they are classed as mid power diodes. They are 3 volt .2 watt nominal diodes as well. They have a 3030...
