    Light Intensity; LED vs HID

Haha that's actually a really good question! I'll be honest and say that I cannot prove it to matter, although it does seem to be the common consensus. Basically I believe that photosynthesis works more efficiently when the separate chloroplasts each receive a full spectrum of light. That is...

Well if you don't understand the words I'm using then it would seem pertinent to try and work out what they mean before dismissing my response. Jesus :wall:

    Light Intensity; LED vs HID

You are basically describing what most people here do all day long with their COB LEDs. The advantage is a better spread and uniformity, and increased efficiency. Amazingly there are folks here who will argue til they are blue in the face that this is wrong, but anyone with a cursory...

well lose the aggressive tone and that will happen. I gave you the info to explain what was happening and you responded rudely. There is way too much of this shit happening here recently. People who ask for help and are then subsequently rude to those who offer help are really bringing this...

    Citizen COBs with suplementation ssl80

I'm sure they are blending to some degree, but maybe they would be better under a single lens... I am not sure. The phenomenon you are seeing is due to the fact that light travels in a straight line. The light is passing through a really small hole in your tent that kinda focusses the light...

    LED for Side Lighting Recommendations?

I would recommend building something with Samsung hard strips. They are solderless and it is very easy to use them. There is a thread on here about them. good luck.

    NextLight x Rainbow Sherbet

You wire series circuits as @Airwalker16 described above. Which drivers are you looking at? I have a couple 200W drivers and they draw nowhere near 8A. I only have experience with the Samsung Influx L09 strips so far. Mine are 56cm long and I cool them with extruded heatsinks of the same...
