the bleach smell is more than likely chloramine chlorine and ammonia if your smelling it strongly... 200ppm isn't bad most city is around that 170-200 some higher.

I'm always looking for affordable options for growers to keep higher intensity lighting with less heat.... tent and closet growers really need them and generally a quality LED system you can get descent flower with is un affordable for most. so that;s good to hear about that light

whats the length of time you get on the bulbs?

is there less heat production? whats the main benefit?

what brand? led is good in veg if you invest in a good light i have some friends here that have some killer ass new models ... but they are running 1000-1200 a light but veg wise they are killing it.. i have to be honest they really hold up in flower too.. these lights you can change the color...
