I have 6500k led lamp. Should i use it 18hrs/day for the 1st 2-3 weeks then move the pots to the balcony outdoor? Should i cover the pots with plastic bags to keep humidity high till the germinated seeds sprout and then apply light only?

Iam using autoflower strain. After the seeds germinate, should i plant them in the pots and keep the pots indoor till they sprout or its fine to let them sprout outdoors? If indoor is the way to go, how long should i wait after they sprout before placing the pots in the balcony?
