    Experiment: 5x5, 1000W HID, FFOF, Dyna-Gro, 40 1-gallon fabric pots

I found this on my fertilizers website: Mo – Molybdenum: Structural part of enzymes that reduce nitrates to ammonia for amino acid development essential to protein formation; required by nitrogen fixing bacteria. Deficiency symptoms: pale leaves with rolled, cupped margins. Seeds may not form...

    Experiment: 5x5, 1000W HID, FFOF, Dyna-Gro, 40 1-gallon fabric pots

So, it's been a while. Looks like I have a nutrient deficiency. This strain is PICKY, and FINICKY as hell. The first time I grew this, I only had 3 plants, 2 of them turned out to be males. But they were always finicky. The one female grew out some great buds regardless though. Pretty sure I am...

Anyone growing on the east coast preparing for Florence?

Yeah, I've been following meteorologists on Twitter, and their predictions have been ahead of the NOAA releases. Sometimes by a couple hours. Also YouTube, TWC, weather.us, etc, etc, etc. There is a 9-13 foot storm surge where my parents live. They've evacuated.

Anyone growing on the east coast preparing for Florence?

Thanks. I was 2 days into flowering, had my lights on at night. I switched it up today to lights on during the day. If we lose power, I'll just move them from the tent to a room getting light from outside. SHould stress them a little, but not too much I don't think.

Anyone growing on the east coast preparing for Florence?

A lot of folks are just going to be dealing with heavy rain and some wind. I wasn't referring to people living close to the point of impact. At that point, plants are a write-off anyway outdoors. Wilmington is advising their residents to leave if they can, but if they're above the surge, a lot...

Anyone growing on the east coast preparing for Florence?

Yeah. It needs to be able to handle the initial ballast strike amperage though. I think it maxes out at around 8.2-8.8 amps on a 1000 watt but that's just me remembering looking at my ballast, I could be mistaken on the amperage.

Plants have been in flower for 12 hours. Hurricane coming. Revert back to veg?

It's happened, power outage for most of SC and NC, for a couple weeks in some places. I'm going to flip it back to 24.0 until that storm passes. During the day, I'll open the blinds. Lol. Edit: It's happened before, not so long ago. Catastrophic event is about to occur.

I'm fucking scared. This is going to be a huge event. Bless all involved.

Plants have been in flower for 12 hours. Hurricane coming. Revert back to veg?

Ef it, back to veg they go. I don't feel like they had too much time in the dark. 12 hours. So long as my house doesn't blow away, I'll be good. I'll just give them window light and have the same schedule as the sun if the power goes out. It's pointed right at me. I may just cut them all down...

Plants have been in flower for 12 hours. Hurricane coming. Revert back to veg?

If I revert back to 24/0 I will only have been in "flower" for 12 hours. This hurricane is gonna kill the power, and my light schedule is lights on at night. I figure if I lose power I can initiate flowering by moving them to the windows that get the most light. From then on, after power is...

Anyone growing on the east coast preparing for Florence?

It's looking like it's going to pound the Carolinas, parts of Virginia, parts of Georgia. The last update I saw, they had it making land fall at 140MPH. I'll be keeping a close eye on it. I don't have a generator.

The Amazon page I looked at is showing 140 watts for the 1500. Check it out. Could be an error. Pretty glaring error in terms of sales! https://www.amazon.com/Vander-life-Spectrum-Flower-Medical/dp/B07DQG72PN/ Leds power: 1500W LED chips: Real Brand New Epileds Chips Actual power...

Tips Burnt A Little Bit Nutes 1/8th Strength

Consider the possibility of root rot. That can look like a lockout...heat stress..pH problem...pretty much everything. Edit: if you have hydroguard (just throwing a brand out there) it certainly wouldn't hurt to apply it. Remember...even though your pH is high, doesn't mean it's a pH issue. You...

Anyone growing on the east coast preparing for Florence?

Just wondering what everyone's plans are for their plants if they get hit hard where they live. I'm more worried about power outages. I don't have plants outdoors. I'd really be nervous then! So, are you guys putting precautions into place for your plants? If so, what?

Recommend $300 budget light..... For a friend

I don't know a lot about LEDS but those look like junk...and if you look in the specs, actual power consumption is only 140 watts. Not 225.

Definitely don't flush them. Would likely clog up your toilet. That is, unless, it's an American Standard.

Recommend $300 budget light..... For a friend

So, he's just giving you the money and expects you to do all the research? If you have to "sell it" to your friend, he obviously doesn't know anything about lights, so selling it should be easy. Just say such and such is the best. If he knew already, he wouldn't be asking you to do the research...

The genetics can be the best in the world...if you only veg for 3 weeks, you aren't going to yield much.
