I think that's a good plan. After flushing them...if it's a nute problem that should resolve it (over fed). If they get worse, by my logic at least, you are under feeding them.

Also, what type of lighting and wattage are you using? Looks to be HPS but it doesn't look very bright at all? Did you take those photos with a filter or something? Could be some stretch going on too, but I'm not sure if that's not from the (possible) over-watering.

Hmmm. They aren't that bad, really. What soil and amendments are you using, if any? What kind of watering schedule do you have them on? Looks like over-watering to me at a glace though. If not that, it could be that soil is just very hot and you gotta let em pull through it or transplant.
