Keep it inside...are you keeping time with the outside???? or on your own light schedule ? this early in bud and as late as your weather is, it will never finish outside...just try to keep the time fraim...don't mess with the time fraim.

Your plant is in survival mode...this is where weight and potency take there stand... as long as there is no hard freeze and day time temps are in the upper 50ies...your good to go
