For such a limited height I would go with the Samsung hard strips - they are awesome and they give off such a nice even diffuse light. Buy a few, run them fairly soft at 700mA and you can almost have the plants touching them without burning. Like this you can maximise your use of the space. good...

Isn't it cool to see how well the plants respond to COB lights? My plants are the happiest they have ever been under any kind of lighting since I switched. Orca film is amazing stuff!

SO how do you explain the suncloak? Each of those diodes puts out a tiny amount of radiation, but cumulatively it is enough light to flower.
