Most likely the cord that comes with it is for 110/120. A 220/240 cord can be bought as an option. There is no switch to change. Just changing the cord takes care of it. And you cannot plug a 110 into a 220 socket. Or vice versa. They are two different types of plug ends.

Way too much P. Its N and K is what container grown plants need the most of. A 3-1-2 to 2-1-3 ratio is good. And it should contain nice amounts of Ca, Mg and S. About the same 3-1-2 ratio. Its what grows the good gooey stuff.

Barneys Farm Blue Cheese has some bomb phenos. Dank, sticky and great yield. Their Amnesia Lemon is also pretty dank. Just not the best yields.

Unless the plants are right next to it then no problem. If the plants were close enough to cause an issue then it would heat damage. Not light stress.

That plant is nitrogen deficient. That is not bug damage.
