    2ft hood in 2ft tent?

Your in a 2x2 tent, cheap led is the best thing for something that tiny. Otherwise get a real tent if you want real lights.

    2ft hood in 2ft tent?

You never want the hoods touching the tent or anything else, they get HOT! For a 2x2 just get a cheap led in the 200W range.

    What is going on here?

Lights on 18/6? If so then yes, that would be an auto. Or have you flipped to 12/12? If so, when did you do that? It could be just different results in that case.

I need advice on ventilation in room

The exhaust fan does both jobs. It exhausts the air from the tent and the resulting negative pressure draws fresh air in. You never want to use an intake fan.

I need advice on ventilation in room

Run them 24/7. Air exchange is good! And you only need an exhaust fan. The intake fan is redundant. The air being exhausted by the exhaust fan will draw in fresh air, you are just wasting power and causing odor leaks with an intake fan.

Seedlings doomed to Low night RH & temps

Plant them and leave the lights on. You can have 24 hour lighting for seedlings and veg phase. So if it gets too cool with lights off, leave them on.

    Start lst?

I don't know anything about that soil. I googled it and apparently they have numerous different types. But nutes are always needed, regardless. I use Fox Farms Ocean Forest. Some people claim it's too "hot," yet I start my seeds in it and then start supplemental fertilizers when the plants...

    Start lst?

What kind of soil? What kind of nutrients? Those poor little things are severely stunted and not healthy. They are more the size of a 3day old than 3 weeks. I wouldn't worry about lst at all, those are not going to get big enough to worry about if you don't get their situation rectified.

Is this plant behind schedule.(25 days old)

Here is a 29 day old auto I grew.. This is closer to where you should be. I use Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil. That is in 5 gallon pot.

    How much air movement needed.

I don't know anything about dual bulbs. But in a 1m x 1m area you could use the 400W to start with. MH for veg and then HPS for flower. I have been growing in a 4ft x 4ft (1.22m x 1.22m)tent with 400W MH and then HPS, worked fine. In your smaller tent 400W should work even better. One...

    How much air movement needed.

If you have a 600W digital ballast, it "should" be capable of running 600W MH or HPS bulbs. What brand/model is it?

    How much air movement needed.

You only need and really want just an exaust fan, no fan incoming. Incoming air should be just be drawn in by the negative pressure created by the exhaust fan.

    How much air movement needed.

I would have to say no myself. The strongest fan you link is around 170cfm. I think you should be shooting for 200+ myself. Your light will create a lot of heat. Exausting it without a filter would work fine, temperature wise. But I wonder if you realize how much smell these plants put...

Best clip fan for your tent?

Ok, just went and looked at my fans. They are "Air-King." Just your basic cheap 6" clip on fan. But they work great. And still going strong a decade after purchase.

    How much air movement needed.

Any decent 4" or 6" fan that pumps around 200 cfm should do you great as an exhaust fan.

Best clip fan for your tent?

I just bought the cheap ones at the grow store, like $6 apiece. They have been going for a decade now...

My 2020 harvest ( "first" successful grow)

I would suggest that if you decide to keep on growing to buy some good female seeds commercially. It will save you time and headaches in the long run. But it's up to you.
