Looks fine. Just maintain something like a 1:3:2 NPK feed ratio. They still need some trace N for lush growth. They'll get bigger. You'll be amazed at how quick they fill out in just a few weeks.

mars300 is only good for about a cubic foot of coverage. You would need a minimum of 3 mars units to cover that area. For the cost it's not worth it. If heat is an issue for you, then go with T5s/CFLs. If you're dead set on LED though, prepare to open up your wallet.
