Maximising yield in a commercial grow

Thanks for posting the name of that stuff, managed to find a long roll of pvc plastic mesh stuff with 6 inch holes for pennies... in comparison to the mesh fencing I was going to use by searching for that horti trellis. Bad picture but does this stuff look similar to horti trellis? The holes...

Maximising yield in a commercial grow

What’s your opinion on it? Is it a lot better than any fencing mesh? It doesn’t look like I have a local supplier. I’ll have to contact someone on eBay selling in California and see if they will ship the 5000 miles to me by the looks of it. Wondering if it’s worth that

Maximising yield in a commercial grow

I was going to use 100mm wire mesh.. I’ll look into that horti trellis... I’ll need it to be 3m x 1.5m

Maximising yield in a commercial grow

Those ones closest to the photo are quite small... obviously with being seed some of them are siZe of my fist and I’m a 6ft6 guy but yeah I’m aiming for 4 per sqft when I pick a clone

Maximising yield in a commercial grow

Ok only one cola has this trait on the plant in question. 3 other tops all seem normal so not much potency lost overall then. Should easily have another 100 oz from this run... hoping my clone selection with a net will increase the yield going forward... need to get those internodes closer...

Maximising yield in a commercial grow

Is it potentially a good trait to try and breed into plants? Looks like you may get bigger buds if you have all your buds like this?

Maximising yield in a commercial grow

They are slightly growing towards lights now and doing quite well since I supercropped all the main stems. When this lot gets chopped I’ll be building a net One interesting thing about using seeds when you use 100+ per time is that you find some really weird things. I don’t know if it would...

Are you looking for a low plant count?

Help me setup my flower room.

Personally if you want to maximise yield in that space since you have high space id go with led strip lights with shelving so you have multiple stacks of plants on top of each other. Clone straight to flower. Easily 3 shelves, possibly 4. I’d do 3ft by 20ft rows leave enough space between to...

    Possible led help

I built my own light fixture 3m wide 1.5m high vertical stack with cob leds on both sides and 360 cob leds in total. Easy to do it’s all plug and play or if your handy with solder you can solder joints to make it even cheaper Plenty of threads on here explaining how to do it

    Exhausting to a window

They saw the heat out put via surface temperature. Not hot plumes. If you extract out of a vent. The vent will appear warm. A vent could be for a drier, a bathroom extractor fan, a boiler vent etc. They would all appear the same.

    Exhausting to a window

I’m sure they are joke/fake videos. I’ve had a handheld flir device in my hand and it certainly doesn’t show hot plumes of air. Unless some different technology exists which cops aren’t even using which makes it a moot point. They use flir forward looking infrared radar which only shows...

    Possible led help

Is building your own an option? You’ll get much better footprint as you design it to your specific sized room and whatever wattage you want. Probably also cheaper too

    Cheap But Reliable pH Meter

Yellow and black one is the one I use works perfectly fine. Just wish there was a Ppm meter for 10 dollars

    Cheap But Reliable pH Meter

Ever since my first blue lab ph probe for the guardian monitor stopped working I’ve used a cheap 10 dollar ph probe of amazon. Never had any problems. Rather than calibrating every 6 months I buy a new one to be sure it’s accurate

Advise on keeping heat at night

If you have space large black barrels filled with water position them so that your exhaust can help heat them in someway. Many greenhouse growers do this as a thermal heat store. Water heats up during day and releases heat at night. For my loft grow I had to use 120mm kingspan before snow...

    Exhausting to a window

I’m 99% sure flir can not see a hot “plume” of air. I’m not an engineer but I’ve used one before for the insulation in my house. They show “surface” temps. A plume of air has no surface to show the temp of. However if your blasting the air at your window it will probably look strange that your...

Maximising yield in a commercial grow

You know what though. I switched my nute line this grow round from start to finish and I can see a massive difference in the plants yeah I’ve only ever done seeds. But I had 100 skunk XL seeds last run and I’m doing 100 skunk XL seeds again this run and every single plant out of 100 looks way...
