You could use a 400 Watt HPS and get a "OK" yield (depending on your dimensions.) At this point, CFL is out of the option, unless you want a very long time span with a low yield. For 1 plant, a 400 Watt should be fine, but that all again depends on the dimensions of the grow room your putting it...
