    the droopy one looks dry, you're using hydro nutes for soil, soil is a different game. I'd use those nutes in DWC next time you'll have an easier go, that's the brand i use its super easy with DWC.     well you just wasted 15 plants out of fear, if you had let em finish they would have been smokeable. Sure they might of had a few seeds but they'd have also been frosty and still potent. I've been forcing late herms for the pollen my last few cycles and the bud finishes just fine. Worst case...
