I've been growing from 5 to 20 plants outside every year since the 1990's, even before that, and I always move them here and there to get direct sunlight...I even turn the containers around 180 degrees to get direct sun on the other side, but I know that it's a fukin' plant, not a stripper...

I never rotate and I've been growing vertically for almost 10 years. It's not worth the trouble.

I'm in 10 gallon fabric bags, and I water mine about the same as you...every few days. If it's hot and windy, every couple days...it depends of course.

Does anyone know what the high will be like if I cut my plants down with hardly any of the thrichs turning amber at all? Like if the hairs are still mostly all white. And where on the plants should I cut off some test buds? From the top or bottom or middle...does it matter?

I dunno, half the folks say cutting fan leaves from a flowering plant is okay and have explanations to back that assumption, while the other half say that you shouldn't, with plausible explanations to back that up. I'm confused. My 3 females are in full bud, I cut most of leaves off one of them...
