Hi crew quick question? i have a RDWC system with pumps in each bucket that send water from the bucket to the top of the hydroton. My roots are now established, should I turn off the top feed pumps? And why? If I should turn off can I leave the pumps in but off?

This is the design I'm running, I have 10 airstones in the Rez, using a HIBLO 80 aerator.

I'm doing 36 x 5 Gallon buckets with one main rez, feed line 1/2" with a 300gph pump, return line 3/4" I keep the Rez at 65 with water chiller. Is the pump sufficient or should it be increased.

My Hydroponic store said sparkle will prevent root rot but I keep on reading that the tea is the best solution. my store also said it runs very hot and can burn plants, please advise Pros?

Help needed, my best plant with the biggest roots shrivelled and fell over, all roots were really white, only thing I could think is it went really close to my air cooled reflector and the top got a little burnt, would that kill the entire plant? Pls see pic of roots
