I'd transplant that into soil that is not so soggy. Put a little rooting agent on the tap root, chop the shriveled tips off the rotting leaves.

Tips look slightly over fed. Try bringing down the ppm's. The darkness in the leaves indicates too much nitrogen. Could be cal-mag, but there would be some brown in the yellowing that far along.

Squeeze them. Do they feel like seeds?

About the water, for clones, I change it once a week, I adjust once a day. Mist once a day after the first three days of not misting, just domed. I really haven't needed go more than two weeks, except for the one time I was cloning some CBD strains. Those took over three weeks to pop roots...

Picture is worth a thousand words. How many leaves per stem? Are you clipping the tips of the leaves? Temp? Humidity? Cultivar? Some are more difficult than others. Ph sounds low, but could still work, as long as you have everything else dialed in. I've used clonex and it works. Not saying 100%...

I'd say cal/mag deficiency. How much phosphorus do seedlings need? May need some nitrogen, but not much. Alfalfa meal top dressing and worm tea should fix the problem.

She looks pretty nice, no tip burn, no bleaching. My new apple tree does the same thing. I like to keep my light 28" to 32", but your girl doesn't seem to mind other than the wilting. Once her roots have populated more and there are more leaves, then you might not see the wilting so pronounced.

I think its called wilting, to reduce surface area, for less moisture loss.
