A galvanized nail in the grow mediium will prevent zinc deficiency. A rusty nail is a good source of iron.

Too hot. Ease up on the nutes, give a bit of molasses to chelate the overfeeding imbalance. Ph down is a good idea to make available the locked out nutrients, such as iron. I'd give it some molasses and water, alternated with pure water for a while, till the plants look right again.
