i vote no on that. only chinese LED i've heard consistently good things about is evergrow, and they only sell to folks who are looking to buy 12 or more panels. even then, it's still not as efficient as a DIY panel and if there is a problem you have to ship it back to china to get it fixed...

there is such a thing as too much light for one, photoinhibition. if you're using cobs you should learn about it. for two, waste. if all the extra power you're running (essentially wasting) isn't going to make your plant grow any faster, why waste it? conserve that energy bro!
