Hell yeah you can still top it, you would be crazy not to. Just cut the stem of the main cola in the middle of the plant at the very top just under the newest growth. Those really nice branches will become REALLY nice branches. The plant will put more energy into the side branches.

If u think its root rot i would try using hydrogen peroxide 3% half water and see what that does. The H202 will deliver oxygen to the roots and kill off some of the rot in the roots. The pics below are from my buddies KL and has been producing for over 10 years from the the same moms clones. I hear they are supposed to degrade but im not seeing it. I took clones off this one and they make my house smell like a dispensary.

If u cut down on your nutes and its the end of this run maybe its using up all the nutes already in the plant and starting to kill off fan leaves. Just a though

They could be 1/4 long inch and VERY hard to see hiding in the buds and can be green or brown and get to about 2 inches long. Do a google search for worms on my buds

Looks similar to worm damage, take the dead stuff off and check for worm poop. If u see poop u have a worm, but maybe someone with more experience would know more. I grow outdoors in SoCal and deal with this all the time though. Never really had any bud rot. By the way, if u have a worm...

What is the PH when u feed i think is the first ?. I grow in soil and water between 5.8 - 6.2 and my run off is usually always around 6.4 I hope that helps. Also be sure to calibrate your PH reader every month or so to ensure proper readings. I use a blue lab and calibrate at 4 and 7 every month.✌

This was a tasty treat; Lucid Blue but nothing like some of these pics, but im not an expert and have never done a indoor grow. The second pic was a SSD and gave me fits the whole way but turned out OK. ✌
