ok veging plants wont mind going under cfl's for a while on their 18/6 schedule they will just get less light intensity, then move mh to flower room and use 12/12 till new ballast arrives

Well i see some have given you some options and didnt see this one. To control growth on MOM after you get your clones off her trim back her root mass and replant. That should help to slow growth while the clones are off and flowering just keep mom with a few small cfl lamps on an 18/6 veg...
