If I leave the inlets filter free don't I run the risk of bugs and mold spores getting in the tent? My tent is in the garage which obviously opens to the outdoors.

1. Will my carbon filter last longer if I leave it unhooked until the garden starts to smell? 2. I filter my air at the intakes of the tent so do I need to install the white prefilter that came with my Phresh 6" x 24" filter?

I made a core of HF in the middle of my 3 gallon fabric pots. I also added coarse perlite to the 50/50 mix. When I start feeding it will be diluted. I'm careful because they are autoflowers. It worked well last grow. I use Grow More nutes and I'm careful to give them just water like every third...

I only planned on using this humidifier during seedling and early veg. My whole tent is vented (not the light) and the exhaust fan kicks on a lot so good exchange of air.

I was running in the low 30% range. I thought seedlings needed higher?

I added calcium to my feedings last grow. Just wondering thanks.

I have used a 50/50 mix of Ocean Forest and Happy Frog for growing autos with good success. I've been curious though...do these soils contain any calcium? I've got a current LEC grow going of White Widow autos. I just added a humidifier. More in my journal link. Peace. :blsmoke:

My tent in my garage will most likely get down, with lights off, into the 60F to low 70F range. Well that hurt them?

Thanks. I'd like to remotely monitor the temperature and humidity also but that isn't a must have for me. I like the idea of being miles away and logging in to view them. I could always put my temp/RH meter in view of the camera.

Is there a decent and not too expensive video cam that I could setup to my WiFi and log in remotely to view? Is there one with a built in temp and RH monitor? Or a separate unit I could log into remotely. When I say remote I mean miles away. Thanks

I learned about this light from my local hydroponic supply store. He claimed it kicks butt over LED and others. I will soon see. It's not as hot as HPS but hotter than my Mars Hydro 900 LED. It really kicks the heat downward which I don't care for but at a little over 300w it is bright as hell...
