Okay...I thought since they were so young and they are short autoflower genetics (2 feet) that 3 feet was good. I didn't want to harm the newborns.

I've got some newborn White Widow auto seedlings. I have my Sun System 315W LEC at about 3 feet from them in a 3x3 tent. Is that about right? Should I drop it down when they get bigger? When and how close? Thanks

One that works on an Android phone. I have one but it doesn't work with my phone only with the main gauge.

I just talked to my hydro store guy again. He said place then around the outer edge of the tent, raise the LEC all the way to the top of tent, and then if they handle it after a day or two lower it a foot every day until 18" or so. He said getting them used to the spectrum of this bulb early is...

A couple of points.... These are 2 foot bulbs. I just checked my meter and both together are pulling a total of 154W. Also these are autoflower plants. I think I can grow 5 easy in this space. At least 4 like my last grow.

I have 2 fixtures. They are 2' x 4 bulbs each. Under each are 3 three gallon fabric pots. 5 have sprouted so far. My last grow went fairly well for a Mars LED grow. I left them under the T5HO until they were about a foot or so tall in that grow. I now have a 3x3 Gorilla tent, bigger exhaust fan...

My question remains...When should I go over to the 315? Right now I'm saving electricity but would they do better as sprouts under the LEC?

Just got off the phone from my local hydro store. He said the 3100K from start to finish is fine. Customers who have tried the 4200K then switching over to the 3100K haven't noticed anymore results than just using the 3100K start to finish.

Okay I will. Since they are autoflowers should I switch the bulb at signs of preflower? thanks

My White Widows are popping! I have a new Sun System 315W LEC and was wondering how soon I should use it. These are autoflower WW. Right now they are under my T5HO. Thanks.

I have my exhaust on a Ranco ETC thermostat. It's nice.

Hooking up my 6" carbon Phresh filter to my 6" Hyper Fan and out the ceiling. Should I place the inline fan outside the Gorilla tent between the ceiling and the top of the tent or attach it to the filter inside the tent then 90 degree out?

I just got a 3x3 Gorilla tent. I'll be running a 6" Hyper Fan 315 cfm for exhaust. How do I setup the intake port to not restrict flow, filter the air, and prevent light leaks? I had a system down for my closet but not the tent. My first one.

That's not the "Skinny" model 701300. I got my answer from Phresh a little while ago. 6 1/8" dia.

Specifically the 6x24 model 701300. You'd think it would be listed on their website but no. And no phone number. ON EDIT...They contacted me via email. It's 6 1/8th inches across. That is skinny!

One of my biggest mistakes learning indoor growing is under ventilating. I'm still playing catchup. I've settled now on a 6" Hyper Fan @ 315 cfm, a 6" "Skinny" Phresh filter, and 1 sq ft of passive intake. I'll be testing out soon.

Since autos are not photo dependant I assume that some ambient light entering the grow space during lights off is okay? Or do they need absolute dark also?
