yeah that and how tall was the plant when you flipped? its very short and doesnt look like it stretched much. mine stretched between 10-16" on each of them. pushing from 15" up to 40" tall now during flowering. May just be one of the ones that takes longer.

You should be okay. my 200cf 4" inline at about 60% keeps my 3x3x6 tent at 70 with my 400w hps on. and thats not even pulling thru the cool tube. i left that unhooked since its winter and bit cooler in basement, but its still heated down there.
