Personal preference here - but I think PG has a much better flavor than PEG. VG is best but does not work with THC oils without horrible separation. To quit smoking cigs..just head down to a vape shop and they will set you up. Most nic juices are a mix of VG and PG.

I would be careful. My guess is that it is somehow denatured or methylated as I think they call it on your side of the pond. The purity numbers are probably showing what is in it. My recommendation would be to go with a QWISO product. Get the ISO (can you get 99% ISO?) and bud super cold...

Sorry, i see you were going to evap post adding PG, wich is not wha you want to do. Do read up on teh threads as there is a to of info. For example, PG and the oil won't stay mixed, it will separate. But for reference, I use abut 3 ml of PG per OZ of bud I convert to oil.

Read up on making it. Lots of threads here. You didn't mention evaporating the ISO. I hope that was an oversight.

I think the need to PH depends on your water supply and how out of whack it is. I can say from my experience with my municipal water that it had a large negativ impact when I got lazy on PH.

You want to check your soil PH, not just runoff. Some dolomite lime in your soil helps to regulate it. I would be really careful about adding too high PH of water. What is your soil?

I wold think high humidity would help if anything. Now if you are running more heat, it may be lower indoors . But in the UMW, I'd think you'd be running heat whether a "bad" year or not.
