Its all g00d, btw by 50/50 I mean like its an even risk not 50/50 chance of survival. You can leave it and chance not a whole lot more growth, or transplant it, and it will either respond or it wont.. So either way you have an even chance I'd say. GL. It'll be fine.

CFL's are just as good as any other light if you use them right and have sufficient lighting..

Directly on the plants is good, stems adapt and grow stronger but not for long periods of time. Which is why oscilating fans work perfect for this. Do this occasionally but It's better to ventilate the air out of the grow room than into it. Mix it up 50/50. Especially if it is an enclosed tent...
