I generally make it a point to pay less if there are seeds in my bud... Here 1/8ths go for $30 so imo you go ripped off. Like others have stated, it's cheaper to just order seeds and you are more or less guaranteed to be getting what you ordered.

Yes you want cloudy trichs. I would make sure to flower for at least 8 weeks with most strains enjoying a ninth week as well. Past that is strain dependent but I doubt you'll need to go past 9 weeks.
