looks good to me, I wouldnt top them yet. I topped mine right before flower.. my plant kinda looked like that too. short and bushy :)

you can stick it in a cup of room temp water for 24hrs thats what I do and place it in the dark. I dont think it really matter how you do it, Ive placed it right in the dirt and that works too. maybe the seeds are no longer good. IDK how long they last.

errrrrrrr idk what to say. It doesnt really matter if you let the seeds sit in a paper towel or you just plant them. I like to let my seeds soak in a cup of water over night but in the end all these methods have worked for me. then I put them in a solo cup with soil , I water them and I do not...
