hmmm befor you get to it, watch some youtube vids, also put your plants in deeper, what i mean is bury the stem somewhat because roots will grow from a buried stem.
roll the cups in your hands, itll loosen things up, and dont water befor transplant easier to work with dry soil

However red stems can come from drastic temperature changes, I think what happens is it nutes become harder to move at certain temperatures but I have not looked into this fully it is only my speculation.

Yeah you wasting mula on them little ones 1k wattage to much, recovery possible with due diligence. If your soil isnt totally drying out you'll run into root issues soon enough, also looks like some type of lock out starting, so heat is not your only issue.
