Use the soiless, that would be my choice for seedlings, Note , there is enough nutes in that soil to last seedlings 4 weeks, ignore that at your peril.

I would say leave them and don't bend or touch them, The only time i ever remove them is if they are yellow and crispy and if they come off with no effort, Those leafs are little miracle factory's, collecting light , working the sugars, leave them alone.

Ok next time keep more light above the plant if you can and choose indicas , they stay shorter and are more forgiving and easier to control, I'm really sorry to say this to you but that plant is a dead loss. I get no pleasure from saying that believe me.

I always water mine as the lights come on but for no other reason than i'm always there at that time, Dude , electrics and water spillage is not a good mix, go steady.

They are more likely to be Fungus Gnat Larvae , have you seen any Adults flying about ?
