your opinion on what light I should use....

Yea they make a lot of square air cooled hoods, do you know which exact one you are going with yet? Some are better than others is the reason I ask

your opinion on what light I should use....

Yea it definitely will better than a cool tube. What reflector did you decide on?

your opinion on what light I should use....

They are essentially the same thing. Cool tubes are cheaper, thats really the only advantage they have (besides vertical applications) and imo don't put off as good of a light foot print as most of the other air cooled hoods.

    Necrotic leaves.

Yea I've never had my clone room that high in temperature so I couldn't say. I just know the only time they burn in my room is when the actually touch the t5

your opinion on what light I should use....

Imo, I would go mh/hps. I just think they are a better light option vs led. Definitely go with some sort of air cooled hood in a small tent like that.

    Necrotic leaves.

Imo not light burn, with t5 the plant has to practically touch the light to burn. Could be ph problem. Do you use a filter on your water?

    Heat issue!! Help!

How many cfm is the fan? I use a 14" to cool 8 1k lights and I have to use an ac too. I would say get a bigger fan and you most likely will need an ac as well. Can-fan max-fan are the fans I use, great fans. High cfm, quality fans

    BHO tube sizes

The only numbers I can remember in the tubes was with the kif (I run a lot of kif). Im not sure how much fit in the tubes but I know I got around 9-10gs of dewaxed shatter per 12"x1" tube. With the nugs I break them up and use a dowel to pack the tube gently. I don't stuff them super hard but I...

    BHO tube sizes

Before I went closed loop, I liked 1" tubes around 12-18" long. I feel you get the best soak with the smaller tubes. I just bought a shit ton of them and used them all at the same time. I also like the food grade stainless tubes better than glass, they make a better seal with the butane can with...

    First harvest; hanging dry

Like I stated before its just impractical on a large scale. Also I've never encountered mold before while drying, we use dehums set to 50% relative humidity and fans. It also makes it harder because everyone saves their trim now for shatter and if you wet trim you have to set aside extra space...

    heat in basement

Air cooled hoods dont loose very much yield if any at all. Not enough to make them not worth using. Getting 2-2.25# per light with air cooled.
