I'd say, if possible, go with the 2700K. But the 3000K will work. And yes, you have enough lights. Don't let people tell you, you can't get a good yield and good quality with CFL's. You just have to know how to use them correctly! I have never grown, any plant, with anything other than CFL's...

Go ahead and flower. In my personal expierence, the 2700K put out less heat. You will be happier with your end result if you use at least 70% 2700K for flower... and the other 30% or so your 5000K. I use ONLY 2700K though for flower. It will give you more dense, tighter buds. Which in turn means...

Honestly the dispensary prices could be cheaper! I mean, it's for patients for godsakes!.. But I guess it is cheaper than street prices. Here, for anything decent, your pretty much payin $60/8th on the street. The dispensary charges me $50/8th. So I can't REALLY complain I guess. I'm saving 10...
