Ok, Thanks! I'm still trying to figure out for myself who & what to believe about this issue & so so so many others.... I think at this point I'm in line with your way of thinking, where, as long as the seed is healthy it will most likely grow no matter which way you plant it.

Tropical, several people gave me their opinions that were completely different than what I was taught & I congratulated them for it because I always appreciate it when people take the time to give an honest objective opinion, but I have little patience when people give smartass answers or act...

My point EXACTLY! I don't have 30 yrs of growing experience to rely on so I am simply trying to learn as much as possible, as quickly as possible, but it gets difficult when so many "know it all's" chime in with there BS!

Exactly, but mother nature doesn't give a sheut if a seed makes it or not, but I do. So if one way or the other gives my seed a slightly better advantage then I want to know, which was why I asked. I am here to LEARN & to compare what other people have already told me to what people on here...
