I'm on my first grow with the spydr600, I use FFOF soil, 20%perlite, in 5gal smart pots. I am using the spydr in veg & in flower on this grow & next grow I'm going to veg with my CMHD light & use the spydr for flower and that way I'll be able to compare the 2.
