Male's grow taller but sometimes it's just the plant, I would let'em grow longer but remember the plants will still grow while flowering so it all down to what size you can deal with
Doesn't look like any bug damage I've seen plus you haven't seen any if it was spider mites you would of seen them for that amount of spots. Have you misted you're plant with anything
keep those lights as close as possible without burning the plants but it looks like you've got everything sorted. keep up the hard work.
Do you add a warm white CFL during flowering ?
Which Fluorescent's you using CFL's or tubes how many and what temps? Albeit a male, the plant looks good if the others are healthy like that one (and female) you're on the right track
