my og from dinafem went about 10 weeks flower under cfl's, maybe 72 days i think?. just to give you some measure. your leaves are a bit more indica looking than mine were too tho. my blue widow on the other hand is much more indica than yours. it flowers much faster too, about 8 weeks.

btw i feel for ya about having the extra room for clones and the such. it sux not having a nice extra veg area.

yeah i think i can agree... anything south of about 45 F and your looking at some sort of problem. cold = dry usually too. and its harder for the plant to use N properly usually. plus a big swing in temps from one extreme to the next seems to always cause issues...
