Yeah, killed the fan, been using a propane heater, both so I'm not killing the power usage and to create CO2. Works, but I have to be there to use it.I'm in the same boat with a couple of my ladies. 7 weeks in flower in my basement low temps and humidity at night. I have a blower fan in the bottom of my grow room.Last night I shut it off at lights out and the 2 plants that have the droops look a little better tonight. The 2 droopy ones were right in front of the fan. Maybe the roots getting too much cold air. I remembered 58 degree temps then add in the wind chill with the fan blowing on them. Hoping this solves my problem Maybe something for you to consider too. Good Luck!
Running your propane heater does not create carbon DIOXIDE, it creates carbon MONOXIDE.Yeah, killed the fan, been using a propane heater, both so I'm not killing the power usage and to create CO2. Works, but I have to be there to use it.
No, it doesn't. Why post if you don't know at all what your talking about? It makes me worry about the quality of replies in general.Running your propane heater does not create carbon DIOXIDE, it creates carbon MONOXIDE.
Temps down in the 50's shouldn't hurt, it may slow growth, but I didn't notice any low temp damage until I had a week solid of high 30/ low 40's at night.
dude, dont get all wound up over one persons opinion! Folks here sometimes say shit that dont belong in a thread, avoidthem when possible, my friend upward and onward! No, it doesn't. Fire in general creates carbon dioxide. Carbon monoxide is created from incomplete combustion - but when your burning natural gas, propane, kerosene, ect. the amounts are so low they don't really matter.
Also, plants are supposed to like carbon monoxide and convert it into oxygen - it'd be pretty damn hard to get the levels high enough to kill you.
You know that co2 generators generally burn natural gas or propane, right? http://www.saferwholesale.com/CO2-Generator-Hydroponic-Natural-Gas-Propane-8-Bu-p/xdc-360488632544.htm?Click=35179&gclid=CPPH5tf89rQCFVCd4AodO2kA0w
Yeah, just sucks because bad info can cost people a lot of money. Everyone is going to be wrong now and then, but it seems like some people just post what they assume is right, or what they've heard before.dude, dont get all wound up over one persons opinion!
